In their analysis this year, Aragon recognizes that COVID-19 has played a big part in the acceleration of digital transformation initiatives across every industry, and the pandemic continues to be a key driver in 2021.
According to the firm, “the pandemic has created a situation in which paper can no longer be relied upon as a safe medium” while employees work remotely.
