Preparing for SharePoint 2010 end of support

Nintex takes great pride in serving our customers and partners and delivering software solutions that solve real business problems to improve the way people work.

My blog post today is specific to the end of life event for SharePoint 2010, which Microsoft has scheduled for November 1, 2020.

Microsoft’s statement: “Starting 11/1/2020 6:00:00 AM, SharePoint 2010 workflows will be retired and users will no longer have the ability to run or create 2010 Workflows.” We want to ensure our customers who leverage Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2010 know that Nintex will continue to support you on the 2010 version – even after Microsoft discontinues support.

We also provide ample notice – two years, in fact – before we stop supporting a version of SharePoint software.

What are you planning to do with SharePoint 2010?

We’d like to hear from you. Simply complete this 2 question form.

For Nintex customers that would like to remain on-premises, and who are also looking to upgrade to the latest version of SharePoint 2019, we have a variety of resources to help. You can quickly visit the Nintex Community or connect with the Nintex Support team who can answer any questions you have related to the upgrade process.

Did you also know that the Nintex Customer Loyalty Program provides you with an opportunity to retain your on-premises entitlements with Nintex while leveraging the other cloud solutions of the Nintex Process Platform, including Nintex Workflow Cloud and Nintex for Office 365?

If the retirement of Microsoft’s support for SharePoint 2010 is expediting your journey to the cloud, we encourage you to take advantage of these resources to ensure a smooth migration of your workflows and forms:

I also encourage you to reach out to your Nintex account manager to schedule a personalized demo of our award-winning Nintex Workflow and Forms for Office 365 to see the latest enhancements. Request a demo today.
