The Nintex World Tour kicked off in Melbourne on March 5th, riding the wave of Nintex’s big news about our latest addition – Foxtrot RPA from Enablesoft. It’s an exciting acquisition, making Nintex the most complete end-to-end platform around for managing, automating, and optimizing business processes. As the ballroom at Melbourne’s Park Hyatt began to fill with attendees they were keen to hear what that could mean for their businesses.
One of the key reasons the announcement of an RPA solution for Nintex attracted so much attention was the realization that automation in all its forms is still a weak point for many organizations.
Christian Lucarelli, VP of Sales for the APAC region, pointed out how more than two-thirds of enterprise business processes remain manual because they don’t have visibility into the processes, they lack end-user-friendly tools, and the solutions they do employ simply don’t have the power to tackle enterprise level complexity.
That’s where Nintex shines.
Nintex breaks through digital transformation barriers
Dustin Grosse, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, spoke about the prominence of digital transformation in today’s business context, and the challenges facing those who are trying to keep pace.
One of the key barriers he identified was the lack of clear process management in many instances.
When digital transformation plans lack well-developed process management and optimization, they can quickly descend into confusion and stagnation. And yet, in their haste to deploy cutting-edge digital tools or chase the latest ‘bright shiny object’, many enterprises make this mistake.Dustin Grosse, Nintex Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer Tweet this
Nintex Promapp is the first step to process excellence, and a firm foundation for digital transformation. Process mapping tools provide organic engagement within the line of business, bringing the whole organization into the conversation and clarifying the areas where tools like Nintex Workflows, Forms, and DocGen® can really make a difference.
The recent addition of Nintex Sign powered by Adobe Sign and now the Foxtrot RPA toolset only extend the reach of the Nintex platform and make it a comprehensive one-stop-shop for digital transformation.

That comprehensive range of process tools was on display throughout the day.
There were business and technical presentations that covered the gamut of applications for Nintex’s business solutions, with plenty of lively interaction from both attendees and the team presenting. Some of the highlights included an example of how good processes made a difference to health and safety, complete with an animated LEGO demonstration, courtesy of Lee Harris of Naylor Love Construction, and the hugely entertaining tag-team of Casper Russelhuber and Eoin Clements from Toyota Australia who explained the importance of Kaizen methodology in shaping Toyota’s digital transformation journey.
The Nintex World Tour has moved on, touching down in Munich and London and heading into Houston, Singapore, and Riyadh with more great input from practitioner experts and Nintex professionals. WE eope to see you there!
