Nintex needed to migrate data from Promapp®’s legacy CRM to our own Salesforce environment. The transition could have been disruptive, but both teams, who rely on smooth processes to be responsive to prospects and customers alike, saw it as a great opportunity.

Naturally, the Promapp® team were already experts in using their own software, so they quickly saw the value in using it for the data migration project. They were able to streamline the project to meet their self-set deadline of two weeks.
Features built into Nintex Promapp® allowed them to continuously receive feedback, examine the processes, and respond efficiently. The net result was they could work quickly and without any process breakdowns that would reduce productivity.
