We had a chance to do this in early 2019, soon after we acquired Promapp®, a powerful tool for discovering, mapping, and documenting enterprise processes – important steps before automating them.

Nintex needed to migrate data from Promapp®’s legacy CRM to our own Salesforce environment. The transition could have been disruptive, but both teams, who rely on smooth processes to be responsive to prospects and customers alike, saw it as a great opportunity.

Naturally, the Promapp® team were already experts in using their own software, so they quickly saw the value in using it for the data migration project. They were able to streamline the project to meet their self-set deadline of two weeks.
