See the latest advances in our technology first-hand
Our Chief Product Officer, Neal Gottsacker, and Dan Stoll, Director of Technical Product Marketing, showed our latest product innovations in process mapping, RPA, advancements in workflow automation and integration in tools like Microsoft Teams.
Here are some of the exciting demos Neal and Dan covered:
Advances in cloud workflows
The Nintex Process Accelerator Gallery is one of the fastest ways to realize value on the Nintex Platform. Whether you are brand new to Nintex or have been using it for years, there are hundreds of quick-start templates to instantly automate bots and workflows on O365, SharePoint, and Nintex Workflow Cloud.
In addition, there is now a tagging feature that allows you to organize, filter, and provide better visibility into the workflows deployed across your organization.
Use the new testing feature to check workflows before publishing, to enable seamless process updates to your workflows. Within this feature, change new start event variables instead of attempting to simulate a start event itself.
There have been several task-related improvements within Nintex Workflow Cloud, like the ability to have multi-assignment and multi-outcome tasks. Improvements for Nintex on O365 includes attachments to tasks and the ability to include Nintex Support on a CC and BCC line.
Governing Microsoft Teams
Improve how you govern Microsoft Teams with a set of actions within Nintex Workflow Cloud. With these new controls, departments can improve how Microsoft Teams are administered and limit the sprawl of channels and their demand on SharePoint sites.
Launch automated workflows and trigger actions straight from Microsoft Teams – including Outlook, Nintex Forms, and other buildable features like incident tracking and call logging – all with associated approval processes.
Nintex Promapp® Checklist
What better way to evaluate how your organization can benefit from automated workflows, than mapping your processes on Nintex Promapp®.
Now with the Nintex Promapp Checklist feature, you can automatically generate a list of tasks within a process, set due dates, and assign to the correct individual. Checklist will even send an alert to the creator when the task has been completed.
Eliminate process blind spots in the Participant Portal and help individuals within tasks stay on-track for success.
Organize, get visibility into each task, and view progress within a personalized dashboard – instead of losing notifications in an inbox.
Enterprise Grade RPA
Organize and manage your RPA bots with Nintex RPA Central’s capability to create two-way interaction between workflows and bots.
Integrating legacy systems with SaaS applications can be difficult.
Using RPA Central to orchestrate tasks across machines using modern APIs to share data makes it easy to take information and tasks from “ground to cloud” and back again “cloud to ground”. We think that’s pretty cool!
Our commitment to Customer Success
Chief Customer Officer, Josh Waldo, spoke to some of the exciting ways we are helping customers maintain business continuity and the new resources at your fingertips.
Within the Customer Success page on Nintex.com, customers can access three ways to get live help:
- Nintex University offers live or on-demand training and certifications
- Nintex Community connects customers to other members with the ability to post questions and browse solutions
- Customer Central provides customers with use cases and case studies
Now more than ever, we want to ensure you succeed. To that end, we’re offering virtual led training courses (taught by real Nintex experts) and all certifications through June 30, 2020 for free!
