We’ve worked hard to build a culture that we hope the best people will want to be a part of, and our UK office is no exception to that.
UK’s Best Workplaces™ Award
UK’s Best Workplaces is organised by Great Place to Work, a global organisation that was founded to create, study and recognise great workplaces.
Great Place to Work’s methodology to identify great employers includes an employee survey and two cultural audits. The findings are analysed and participating companies are ranked based on their results. In addition to the recognition as a great place to work, the survey and audit findings are also used to identify opportunities to improve our culture and employee benefits.
Many of our efforts can be tied back to each of the factors evaluated in the UK’s Best Workplaces ranking. Below are a few of our favourites.
Inspiring: The Nintex Impact Award
To motivate and celebrate our employees work we launched the Nintex Impact Award.
The Nintex Impact Award celebrates and promotes the success of individuals and teams who encompass what it means to work at Nintex. Winners show exceptional contributions and behaviours aligned to our core values.
Any employee or team who delivers outstanding work and demonstrates our values can be nominated for the Nintex Impact Award (via Nintex Forms of course!). Winners are selected quarterly by our CEO John Burton.
In addition to being recognised company-wide through posters, company meetings, and a trophy, individual winners also receive a congratulatory call and a lunch or dinner with our CEO, $1,500 (with ½ to the winner and ½ to the charity of their choice) to work for one week in any Nintex global office of their choice (Bellevue, Irvine, Kuala Lumpur, London or Melbourne).
Hiring: Recruitment and Diversity
We believe that hiring the right people is crucial to maintaining our success. We’re growing fast so we’re regularly on the lookout for talented, passionate people to join our team.

The UK office Nintex employs just under 50 people from 25 different nationalities, speaking nearly 30 languages.
We’re proud of our team’s multicultural diversity and believe it contributes to our creativity. It also helps us work better with our customers and partners globally – the UK office works with organisations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Listening: Spotlight Programme
We host a “Spotlight Lunch” to help our employees connect with their peers.
Whenever a member of the global leadership team is in London or a new manager joins, we gather together to learn about the individual, their department, any current and upcoming projects, and their personal interests. This allows our employees to get to know each other and helps foster stronger relationships.
We also encourage all employees from other offices to take the “Spotlight” when visiting London.
Thanking: Customer Support World Cup & Sales World Cup
Every quarter the global customer success team competes in the Customer Success World Cup.
The regional team which scores the highest in our customer satisfaction survey wins the “World Cup” – a silver trophy. Our team in London has won four times.
The Sales Team also competes for a global Sales World Cup with the teams in Australia and the United States. This award is based on who reaches and exceeds their regional targets. The EMEA Sales Team has held the cup nine times.
Celebrating: Nintex Olympics
We enjoy our work together. Last August we celebrated the Rio Olympics with our very own mini-Olympics team event in London, the entire office got involved.
The Nintex Olympics included various activities that encouraged team-building and employee bonding.
