Nintex Customer Event Highlights: The best of 2020

2020 has been a year unlike any other. I’ve never been more thankful to work at Nintex (celebrated my 5th anniversary!) and to be part of a company that is helping organizations around the world overcome the immediate challenges of this year.

In today’s post, I highlight the best events of the past 12 months at Nintex.

We brought virtual Nintex ProcessFest® to you

Like many events of 2020, Nintex ProcessFest 2020 went virtual – making it possible for customers from all over the world to attend. The event included a keynote featuring Nintex CEO Eric Johnson, CPO Neal Gottsacker, and CCO Josh Waldo, as well as four new product sessions. Attendees also received access to over 25 hours of content from all 3 days of Nintex ProcessFest 2019.

We celebrated customer innovations and partner success

In February, we opened the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards for nominations. The awards recognize public and private sector organizations around the world who have standardized on the Nintex Process Platform to manage organizational-wide business processes and to automate mission-critical workflows.

In June, we announced the winners of our 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards. Fourteen organizations were recognized for their impressive innovations across 13 categories, including our 2020 Nintex Champion Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

Customers weren’t the only organizations we celebrated! We recognized our top channel partners with 2020 Nintex Partner Awards in July. The 2020 winners consist of an elite group of Nintex partners who are digitally transforming the way people work with Nintex solutions including: Nintex Promapp®, Nintex RPA, Nintex Forms, Nintex Mobile Apps, Nintex Workflow, Nintex Drawloop DocGen®, and Nintex Sign® powered by Adobe Sign.

We supported our customers through COVID-19 challenges and beyond

What we are most proud of this year is how we were able to help our customers and partners around the world quickly improve and digitize their business process. When the pandemic began in March, organizations around the world turned to Nintex to accelerate their digital transformation. To support them, we made key resources including training, process templates, and coaching freely available to customers at no cost from March through August 2020.

During this 6-month period, more the 50,000 attendees participated in on-demand and live training courses, nearly 10,000 classroom enrollments were recorded, and over 1,520 new certifications were awarded. We released more than 20 COVID-19 related process accelerators in the Nintex Solution Accelerator Gallery, which have been downloaded and used by organizations around the world.

We are so pleased with how many customers took advantage of these resources and the part that the Nintex Process Platform has played in their response to the challenges of this.

We launched Nintex “Workflow Wonders” webinar series

In August, we launched our newest customer webinar series, Nintex Workflow Wonders. We started Workflow Wonders to bring our Nintex community together for a dose of process inspiration – and to share how great people are using great technology to achieve great things.

Each episode features a Nintex customer sharing how they’re using the capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform to transform the way people work.

In just five months, we’ve already hosted eight Workflow Wonders featuring Nintex customers Williams Engineering Canada, Lands’ End, National Gallery Singapore, Midland States Bank, Amazon, City of Hobart, TLC for Kids, and Meals on Wheels Central Texas – all available to watch and re-watch!

We welcomed K2 Software customers to the Nintex Community

One of the most exciting milestones of 2020 was our acquisition of K2 Software in October. It’s one of the biggest and most exciting acquisitions in Nintex history. With the addition of our new teammates, we now have more than 250 of the brightest and most experienced digital automation professions in our combined product team. With K2 Software customers, we’re now serving more than 10,000 organizations including more than 50 percent of the Fortune 500.

We’re ready for 2021

2020 has been a big year. We shifted to remote work, moved in-person events online, digitized paper-based everything – all while navigating uncertain and unprecedented times.
