Last year, we at Nintex worked diligently to meet the many unique challenges facing our customers. We created experiences to help users better understand, utilize, and integrate the capabilities and functions of our platform in their own business processes.
From offering new training courses, providing learning opportunities, and leading online demonstrations, customers were able to unlock more of the Nintex Process Platform than ever before.
One resource we hope that customers take advantage of in 2021 is the Nintex Community site.
Why use Nintex Community?
Many of us use personal and professional networks to gather information and input when we’re making important decisions – whether it’s advice on which TV to buy for our home, or opinions on potential job opportunities. In many aspects of both our personal and professional lives, we’re often seeking the views of people with relevant expertise.
When you’re looking for expertise on the Nintex Process Platform, the Nintex Community is an online technical community with more than 20,000 registered members around the world. This vast network of people working with Nintex technology to solve their process mapping and automation needs can be a very valuable resource. Each month, there are over 100,000 visits to the Nintex Community.
On the Nintex Community, you can network with other Nintex customers and partners to see who else is working on, or has worked on, similar projects. It might also be that you’re looking for some help and guidance on the best way to solve a specific problem. There’s a lot of great people and information in the Nintex Community that can help you.
What the Nintex Community holds
You may be more accustomed to visiting the Nintex Community for things like product release notes, posting a question in one of the Forums, or searching the Knowledge Base for technical articles. But there’s a lot more value available to you.
If you’re new to Nintex, access Getting Started guides in the Knowledge Center. If you’d like to know more about upcoming product features and capabilities, you can access the Product Roadmap (available once you’ve signed in) within the Platform Center.
There are also some great blog posts from our Nintex technical experts that provide details on using the latest new features and capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Nintex Community, the process is quite easy. Simply sign up at https://community.nintex.com and you can begin participating straight away. Engage in discussions with other Nintex customers, post your own questions that other members will be able to help you with, and access helpful documents and guides that can aid your process automation journey.
