Solve business problems and hone your skills with the Nintex Coaching Program

If you’ve ever taken up a new sport or hobby, one of the first steps is often to find someone with experience to help get you started. As you become more proficient, coaches are often used to help elevate your game to the next level. The same is true in business.

If you’re applying new technology to solve a business challenge or looking to expand your knowledge and skills to solve new or complex challenges, coaching can be highly beneficial. That’s why we’ve created the Nintex Coaching Program.

How the Nintex Coaching Program can help

Coaching can help you find solutions that you may have not thought of before. You may have a business problem you are trying to solve with process automation but need some guidance on how best to approach the solution. In the Nintex Coaching Program, we will assign a subject matter expert to brainstorm possible solutions using the Nintex Process Platform and help you figure out how to kickstart the solution.

In each one-hour session, you have plenty of time to dissect the process and find the best solution to fit your organization. If need be, you can also extend your coaching experience by scheduling additional sessions to ensure you find the right solution.

To schedule your Automation Solutions coaching session, sign in to Nintex Customer Central to submit your request and one of our coaches will contact you. Please note that only customers with enterprise licensing agreements with Nintex are eligible for coaching sessions.

Finding the right coaching path

There are two offerings as part of the Nintex Coaching Program:

    1. Nintex Coaching for Automation Solutions

With our Automation Solutions coaching program, you have access to subject matter experts on the Nintex Process Platform who can help guide you on the best way to apply workflow, robotic process automation, and document generation to help solve a business challenge.

Not sure which business processes could benefit from automation? Our Nintex coaches can help you assess and prioritize processes that can be optimized through automation. Whether you’re looking to improve processes in Customer Service, Finance, IT, Operations, or other departments, we’re able to help.

Automation Solutions coaching is available to customers with an Enterprise Subscription license.

  1. Nintex Coaching for Workflow Migration

If you’re planning to migrate your workflows and forms to the cloud or a newer version of SharePoint, a migration coaching session can help. It’s available to all active Nintex customers and will give you valuable guidance for your migration planning, to ensure a timely and successful outcome.

Your Nintex coach will help you review key aspects of your cloud migration process, such as identifying which workflows are ready for migration or need refactoring and advice on migration partner choice if required.

Migrating your workflows and forms to a newer version of SharePoint on-premises

Your Nintex coach will help you review key aspects of your SharePoint migration process, such as:

  • Environment farm topology
  • Migration database move methods, dependent on SharePoint version
  • Migration timing plan, to ensure key milestones and activities are met
  • Advice on migration partner choice if required

Getting started with the Nintex Coaching Program

While automation coaching is not a paid professional service and does not include design or implementation work, it is intended to help you expand your knowledge and capabilities for specific challenges you are looking to solve.
