While many aspects of our daily work and home lives are changing rapidly, we want to let you know what we are doing to keep our Nintex team members safe while maintaining business operations for our customers and partners worldwide.
We do not foresee any disruptions to our cloud-based services, on-premise software updates, or our customer service levels, but we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our employees, partners, and customers.
Additionally, we are looking to help you get the most out of the investments you’ve made in the Nintex process management and automation platform with a set of customer success resources.
We believe these will be very valuable, especially during this unique time when many of us are working from home and collaboration is challenging.
To further assist you and your employees between now and the end of April 2020, we’re launching a set of virtual classroom training events with live instructors and waiving the normal fees to attend.

COVID-19 Precautionary Steps:
- Our operations team is monitoring the guidance from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Department of State, and government health officials in local communities where our employees live and work to mitigate risks.
- We have established a work from home policy for all of our employees and are providing them with secure access to all of the systems they need. This decision will not have an impact on our services, as we are fully prepared to operate remotely.
- We have restricted employee travel, but our team will continue to serve you via video conference, email, and phone.

We’ve also scheduled a virtual event, Nintex ProcessFest® 2020 in May that will provide more actionable insights and guidance to help you and your organization digitally transform fast and improve remote worker productivity.
