Nintex CEO Letter – April 2020

Dear Valued Customers & Partners,

It’s been four weeks since my first communication regarding the impacts of COVID-19. All of us here at Nintex hope that our economies will begin showing positive signs of recovery in the weeks and months ahead as communities around the world are reporting they are reaching the apex of the coronavirus.

I want you to know that you can absolutely continue to count on Nintex to provide process improvement and automation services you need. We’re so very proud of the faith you’ve put in us. And, we’re extremely touched by the outpouring of support you’ve expressed around our free training and expanded support.

Our entire organization has embraced this new (remote) way of working and our own business continuity plans demonstrate the resilience of our own company in navigating these unprecedented times right alongside all of you and your businesses.

Innovations at Nintex also continue as planned. Every month our R&D team is releasing new capabilities and feature enhancements to our platform. Additionally, we’ve embraced a digital-first business mindset and introduced easier and creative ways to ensure your continued success with the investments you’ve made in our technology.

Here are several notable highlights:

  • Training – response to the no-cost training we introduced on March 17 has been wonderful. In four weeks, nearly 2,000 of you have become certified practitioners or experts on our capabilities for process mapping, workflow automation, and digital forms. Given this initial demand, we are extending the free training period from April 30 to June 30, 2020, which will provide additional opportunities to build strong process automation skills with Nintex. When registering on Nintex University, please use the code: remote-learning-april-2020. This special code will waive training fees.
  • Process Maps & Workflow Templates – we’ve introduced an array of downloadable online templates specific to COVID-19, remote work, business continuity, and more to help you expedite business process management and all types of automation. Every week we add new templates, with more than 100 available in our Nintex Process Gallery today. In the past few weeks, we’ve seen nearly 2,000 templates downloaded. We’re thrilled you are finding immediate value in these free resources.
  • Mission Critical Automation – we’re currently helping businesses and government agencies with a handful of COVID-19 related programs, and we’re working side-by-side with financial institutions, from banks to credit unions, to quickly automate the Cares Act – Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program (SBA-PPP) loan process with RPA and workflows. By doing so, we’re helping to expedite how quickly funds can reach small business owners in need across America.
  • Virtual Events – we’ve turned our highly popular Process Excellence in a Day physical events into 2-hour virtual interactive sessions with focused content around business process management, workflow automation, and document automation. We’re also bringing you more webinars every month and are making these available on-demand, if you can’t make the live session.

Finally, we’ve taken our signature event – Nintex ProcessFest® 2020 – and will be hosting three 90-minute virtual sessions, May 12 in the Americas and EMEA regions and May 13 in the APAC region. Our goal is to ensure everyone will quickly learn valuable new use-cases and functionality provided by the Nintex Process Platform and our Customer Success programs. We also want to provide immediate access to more than 25 hours of on-demand sessions from our 2019 event which are full of actionable insights.

I am personally so appreciative of all the things we are achieving together across the Nintex Community, especially in these challenging times. Thank you for your commitment to Nintex and know that we’re here for you now, and in the future.
