Nintex + Box: A Powerful Combination

We can achieve more when we work together.

Over the past 10 years, Nintex has grown from an Australian-based start-up providing workflow automation tools for SharePoint to the global leader in Workflow and Content Automation (WCA), with millions of business processes running on the Nintex Workflow platform.

We achieved this success for our worldwide customers and partners by making it incredibly easy to automate highly sophisticated processes. We also recognize people, content and processes need to be connected and orchestrated seamlessly to achieve optimal business outcomes.

That’s why our technology partnerships are critical to our ongoing success and one I’d like to highlight today is our partnership with Box.

In February, Nintex announced an extended partnership with Box, the leader in Cloud Content Management, and we’re excited to announce the next phase in our partnership. In its 12-year history Box has grown from a Silicon Valley start-up offering a better way to store and share files to a global enterprise leader serving more than 74,000 customers.

Box achieved this by offering a product experience that users love combined with the security and control demanded by CIOs of the world’s largest enterprises.

Ease of use and sophistication. Great user experience and security. These are uncommon combinations in enterprise software, and Nintex and Box have both demonstrated the vision and execution to bring these capabilities to our mutual customers.

A Common Purpose

Box and Nintex also have a shared mission to transform the way people work. It is this common sense of purpose, along with demand from cloud customers, that has driven our close collaboration and the development of new integrated offerings.

Our product, engineering and marketing teams at Nintex and Box have worked hard to deliver these combined innovations in time for BoxWorks 2017 in San Francisco.

BoxWorks attendees will see just how easy it is to automate and optimize content-centric business processes with Nintex Workflow Cloud without ever having to leave their familiar and trusted Box environments.

Leveraging Box’s leading content, metadata and collaboration capabilities, Nintex’s deeper integration brings content creation, advanced workflow and process intelligence to businesses looking to transform how they work.

Modernizing and Automating Processes Core to Digital Transformation

Recently I met with more than 40 CIO’s and IT leaders in Europe, and the theme of nearly every conversation was transformation.

Banks transforming how they engage with and serve customers. Healthcare providers transforming their internal business processes to improve efficiency and quality of care. Retailers moving their infrastructure and collaboration apps to the cloud to be more agile in a fast-changing industry.

These are just a few examples, but the message was clear:

1.  Businesses know they must change,

2.  Modernizing their business processes is at the core of that change, and

3.  Businesses want trusted, proven cloud partners to help them.

Together, Nintex and Box give enterprise organizations a connected platform and experience to control and accelerate their own transformational change.

The Road Ahead

While Box and Nintex have both transformed themselves into industry leaders, we have only scratched the surface of the tremendous opportunity to serve mutual customers on their digital transformation journeys.

We are incredibly excited to further our partnership with Box as we collectively improve the way people work.

The journey is just beginning…
