Nintex has had an incredibly innovative year, and along the way, we’ve shared everything from product news and best practices to customer success stories and industry research on the Nintex Blog. We shared Nintex news and updates
We continued to release new enhancements and features to the Nintex Platform in 2018, and shared “What’s New” updates on the blog.
In September we celebrated the five year anniversary of Nintex for Office 365. Since we brought the Nintex Platform to the cloud in September 2013, the product has received numerous awards, including two first-place Office App Awards this year.
In fact, the Nintex Platform was often recognized this year for the benefits and time savings it provides to our customers and partners.
In August, Nintex was named a leader in the new Aragon Research Tech Spectrum™ for Workflow and Content Automation, 2018: The Document Revolution. The report is based on an evaluation of platform vendors who are leading the WCA market. Earlier this month we also release a new Forrester Total Economic Impact Report on the benefits of Nintex for Office 365.

My personal favorite Nintex posts feature our customers, who share their real-world solutions using the platform to improve enterprise-wide productivity.
We shared a number of great customer success stories on the blog this year, including how the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority is using Nintex to digitize and automate contract approvals and how Participate is using Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce to transform their teacher recruitment and relocation processes.

Promapp® joined the Nintex family
Nintex announced our acquisition of Promapp® in August. Nintex Promapp® is the market-leading solution for visual process mapping and management. The addition of Nintex Promapp® not only brought powerful process mapping and management capabilities to the Nintex Platform. but also added valuable talent to the Nintex team, including Promapp® Founder Ivan Seselj.
We also welcomed Promapp® customers to the Nintex community. Software company ConnectWise shared how they’re using Nintex Promapp® to control process variations and successfully integrate four of their business units.
For customers not yet familiar with the benefits for Nintex Promapp®, we also shared 5 reasons why Nintex Promapp® Will Revolutionize Your Organizational Processes.

We published two research studies
We kicked off 2018 with our America’s Most Broken Processes. Our research identified the top broken processes in American workplaces and the potential negative impact on productivity and employee morale. The study also closely examined two of the top broken processes and how to eliminate them.
In September, we launched The State of Intelligent Process Automation Study. Our latest research looked at how company decision makers and line of business employees view their enterprise digital transformation progress, successes, and adoption challenges.
