A lot can happen in a year.
Since InspireX 2016, our customers and partners have told us about the rapid growth of digital business technologies, like cloud and mobility.
We’ve seen our customers use workflow and content automation in new, powerful ways. We’ve truly seen an evolution in the way our customers collaborate, automate and optimize with smart technology strategies.
At Nintex, we believe if something is worth automating, it’s worth measuring. But we also believe in making work less work.
Last year at InspireX, we began talking about Nintex Hawkeye, our workflow analytics service that uncovers actionable insights into business processes.
When developing Nintex Hawkeye, many of our customers and partners told us they wanted to measure the impact of workflows on their organization – but only about 15 percent were actually doing so. The reasons were consistent: quantifying ROI of workflow and process automation was too challenging, too complicated and too much work to undertake.
We formally introduced Nintex Hawkeye into the market last July, providing our customers an unprecedented view into their process portfolio – simply.
Before Nintex Hawkeye, analyzing a workflow process required code and custom development. Now, with drag-and-drop set-up, the service democratizes analytics and enables IT leaders to understand key workflow consumption metrics, user participation and the return a Nintex workflow deployment provides.
Nintex Hawkeye combines a trifecta of service fundamentals to deliver the business insights needed to make intelligent workflow decisions with real business impact. Powered by on-premises and cloud data, analyzed through usage and process intelligence lenses and visualized through custom, visual dashboards, Nintex Hawkeye users can:
- Transform process data into business value
- Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions using process data
- Get more benefits from their process investments
The Future of Analytics
Today, during my InspireX session, “Nintex Hawkeye: Tomorrow,” I was excited to officially announce Nintex Hawkeye availability across the entire Nintex Workflow Platform.
Now, organizations that rely on SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, Office 365 and Nintex Workflow Cloud can analyze whether their workflows are returning maximum benefit to their business, across on-premises and cloud environments.
No matter where your data lives, Nintex Hawkeye automatically ingests, analyzes and reveals insights – ready at any time.
I also previewed the new Inventory Lens that provides insight into where and how Nintex is being used and by whom. The Inventory Lens will be available later this year.
As your business technology quickly evolves, you need an analytics platform that keeps pace. The beauty of Nintex Hawkeye? Its cloud infrastructure delivers instant, iterative updates, meaning that any update we make is available immediately.
Stay tuned throughout 2017 for more updates to Nintex Hawkeye including analysis of historical workflows and templates for our customers’ most common processes like expenses, contract reviews and more.
