Our Nintex team is excited to bring you new Nintex RPA training courses! Over the past couple months, we have developed and created courses to enhance your Nintex knowledge and take your skills to the next level.
These new courses include all the latest updates included in Nintex RPA and showcase two new valuable features you need to learn about which impacts both Nintex RPA Central and Nintex Bot.
What is included in the new courses
The new training includes information about the RPA Orchestration and the Instance Details Pages features. With this functionality, Botflows™ running from RPA Central now can process datasets! Whether your Botflow™ is running a dataset or not, you now have detailed telemetry on the progress of a Botflow™.
Let us review these new features quickly so that you can launch your RPA training courses and learn more about them!
What is RPA Orchestration?
Using RPA Central, processing power can be multiplied using multiple virtual machines (VMs). RPA Central manages the distribution of work on a dataset across the Virtual Machines.
As an example, a file with 10,000 records and 20 columns can take up to 7 days to process using a single bot. This can be reduced to 1 day using the Nintex RPA Central Orchestration by using 6 bots simultaneously. By scheduling the Botflow™, the entire process will work unattended.
Now you might be asking yourself, “what do I have to do?”
Well, to configure the system to allow RPA Central to process a dataset, a file schema must be defined using Nintex Bot. Then just tell RPA Central the location of the dataset file and let it run. That’s all there is to it.
Go to How To: Nintex RPA – How to configure a Dataset to see it in action.
What are the new Instance Details pages all about?
Once the Botflow™ is built and bots assigned, you might want to track the progress of the Botflow™ through to completion.
With this new feature, now you can by leveraging RPA Central to view the Botflow™ Instance and Instance Details pages. The Instances page has been updated to include a lot more useful information regarding the progress of a Botflow™ as it runs.
If your Botflow™ is using a dataset, the Instance Details page provides a status for each record in real time.
This will allow you to resolve issues as soon as they appear.
