Nintex has historically only done a few niche professional services around Nintex Promapp® and for Nintex RPA, which also came through acquisition to the company. Following the acquisition of K2 Software, Inc. by Nintex last October, however, we can now very confidently say that we have a full and comprehensive set of professional services within the company.
K2 Software, Inc. has set high standards for professional services for nearly 20 years. They have an incredible set of technical skillsets, all focused on delivering sophisticated workflow and form-based solutions that help K2 Software customers gain ROI through rapid implementation, on-the-job workflow designer enablement, solution building, and ongoing managed services.
Introducing the new Nintex Professional Services
We are excited to announce our new set of professional services available to customers. The professional services organization includes a set of 70 FTEs within Nintex globally as well as a network of valuable partners in each region across the globe.
The Nintex Professional Services organization provides direct management of projects, delivers solutions with its set of highly skilled consultants, and works in conjunction with the Nintex Partner Network to give customers exactly what they need, when they need it.
New and existing customers alike now have the ability to purchase services along with their Nintex software and cloud agreements to deliver quick automation solutions throughout their organization.
The team is located across the globe throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, we have an offshore/nearshore Center of Excellence out of our newly acquired office in Johannesburg, South Africa where we deliver remote and local market services.
What is included in the new professional services
Professional services provide everything from solution assessments, and workflow and forms solution implementation, to a set of always-on managed services that ensure that mission-critical solutions are maintained and running optimally, giving customers peace of mind for those key workloads.
While the Professional Services team has historically focused on K2 Software, we are now quickly ramping up and able to deliver professional services for Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce, and Nintex RPA. The team will continue to use its high-quality engagement model, project management processes, and high standards of quality.
Additionally, the team will be deliberately focused on not only delivering services directly to customers but also co-delivering with or providing support to top Nintex Partners in order to provide customers with the best possible experience. The vast majority of services delivered to our 10K customer base will continue to be provided by our extensive partner network globally.
