More time to learn about Nintex and get certified

As part of our Customer Success initiatives in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw an opportunity to help educate customers on the Nintex Process Platform by making all our certifications and live virtual classroom training available at no cost.

Since announcing the program on March 17, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response from customers, and the continued demand for training and certification. Within the past few months, there have been 500 classes scheduled and nearly 7,000 enrollments in our virtual classroom training. On average, students each are enrolling in three virtual training classes.

The success of our customer training program is not just noted in the number of enrollments. Since the program has started, the number of new certifications issued is approaching 800!

Why is the demand for training so strong? In a recent report from Skilljar, their 2020 Customer Education Benchmarks and Trends report noted that the demand for training had increased due to “the increased availability of time to learn as students work from home, a renewed organizational focus on learning and reskilling, and the increased availability of educational material online.”

Why should you take advantage of customer success resources?

While people have more time to learn, and training classes are more accessible, the remaining question is why are people choosing to spend their time learning?

In reviewing the feedback provided by people attending Nintex’s virtual classroom training, there were two major reasons:

1. Learning a new capability of the Nintex Process Platform

From a customer in Georgia, USA: “Your online class is very useful. With the free training promotion, it’s allowed me to improve my skillset faster as a new client of Nintex.”

2. Revision

Many students noted that although they knew much of the content, there were some foundational concepts and techniques they had forgotten, and the training provided a timely reminder.

From a customer in Melbourne, Australia: “Thanks for the opportunity to attend this training – particularly as a refresher for some functionality that isn’t widely used.”

As we analyzed the organizations that had their employees attend training classes, we saw a clear correlation between training class participation and the rate of adoption of the Nintex Process Platform.

In some cases, the rate of adoption was over 4x the rate of customers that did not have anyone join a training class. The importance of this for customers is about accelerating time to value from their investment in Nintex. Continue to learn new skills on the Nintex Process Platform
