Although Microsoft Inspire may have gone virtual this year, the Nintex team is still very much in attendance! Our own VP of Corporate Marketing Kristin Treat was a panelist in the session “Pathfinders: Women lighting the way through crisis” on Tuesday, July 21.
The panel was moderated by WIT Network President Christine Bongard and along with Kristin featured tech leaders from Microsoft’s Partner Network including Trish O’Keefe from Insight and Rekha Rao-Mayya from Microsoft.
Each panelist shared how the current COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the tech industry and what each of their companies is doing in response to it.
Kristin highlighted how one of our core tenets at Nintex, “Don’t Wait,” guided our response. She said, “We move fast – when we see an opportunity, we take it and when we see a problem, we fix it.”
This is exactly what our global Nintex marketing team did as the COVID-19 crisis emerged and so many organizations’ workforces went remote, often for the first time.
We asked ourselves how can we can best serve our global community of customers and partners and provide valuable resources to accelerate their digital transformation?
The answer: Take our signature event, Nintex ProcessFest, virtual and global, and provide our customers and partners with valuable free resources including training, workflow and process map templates, and coaching services.
Focusing on how we can help
We recognize that Nintex is in a very fortunate position. Every organization can benefit from the visual process mapping and automation tools we offer to eliminate paper and manual processes.
So to help organizations improve (remote) worker productivity and go digital faster, we provided valuable resources related to COVID-19 like:
- Practical process maps and workflow templates— for everything from business continuity planning to health and safety awareness guidelines to return to office
- Free process and workflow training to all active Nintex customers and partners through July 31 (You can still take advantage of this offer now!)
- Dedicated task force to assist state and local government agencies solve process and workflow-related challenges during the pandemic
- Free coaching sessions with Nintex experts
Taking ProcessFest 2020 virtual
With a goal to reach a broad and large audience quickly, we worked around the clock to flawlessly execute three virtual events on May 12-13 in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
Luckily for us, we had professionally recorded every keynote and breakout session from our 2019 Nintex ProcessFest event in October – more than 25 hours of best practices learnings from top partners and customers like Nationwide and Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. It’s like a treasure chest of sorts, and we already had the content available on Nintex.com for those who attended the 3-day physical event last year.
We combined the 2019 content with our new 2020 content in a beautifully designed and user-friendly event experience on Nintex.com. Giving all those that registered access to 30+ hours of knowledge.
Our 2020 virtual event was also condensed down to 90-minutes to respect people’s time. Nintex CEO Eric Johnson provided an update on Nintex where he reinforced the point that people are most important and that we’re here for our customers and partners today and in the future.
Eric was followed by Chief Product Officer Neal Gottsacker and Technical Director Dan Stoll who highlighted our latest product innovations in a very interactive and informative demo.
Our Chief Product Officer Josh Waldo then shared customer success resources and highlighted inspiring stories from customers.
In less than an hour after each session concluded, attendees also received an email with immediate access to all the on-demand recordings from Nintex ProcessFest 2020 and 2019 to experience at their leisure.
Don’t forget the details, practice makes perfect
Although it isn’t a Nintex core tenet, it could be for our corporate marketing team. During the panel, Kristin highlighted how the focus on detail was key to pulling the event off so quickly. A lot of dry runs, work-back schedules, and meetings went into seamlessly bringing Nintex ProcessFest 2020 to our 3,000+ registrants.
“The devil is in the details.”
– Kristin Treat, Nintex VP of Corporate Marketing
