Earlier this year we announced the launch of the Nintex Impact Award to celebrate and promote the success our employees and teams who demonstrate the best of what it means to work at Nintex.
The Nintex Impact Award honors individuals and teams who show exceptional contributions and behavior aligned to our core values:
I’m excited to share the latest winner of the Nintex Impact Award – Josh Tan, Senior Product Manager for Nintex Workflow Cloud based out of the Nintex Melbourne office.
Josh has been with Nintex for more than eight years starting as a business analyst. In 2011, he transitioned to Nintex full-time as a Product Specialist working on Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for SharePoint. In 2015, Josh started working on the Nintex Workflow Cloud team as a Product Manager.
Nintex Engineering Director James Tyzack nominated Josh for the award for his work during the launch of Nintex Workflow Cloud. During the launch, we hosted a Nintex Workflow Cloud Webcast which included a chat for attendees to ask questions. Josh took on the added responsibility to respond to each of the custom queries from the time they were received and beyond. His help ensured the customers were responded to quickly.
Josh is very dedicated to his role and always willing to go the extra mile. He says that his team and other coworkers are what make Nintex a great company to work for.
Josh shares that working on Nintex Workflow Cloud has been one of the best experiences he’s had yet. He has seen the platform grow from an idea, its beta release, a product on the market, to where it is now as an easy-to-use cloud solution that quickly automates how work gets done.
In his role, he consolidates product feedback and requests that result in the new features and/or connectors released each month.
Nintex has grown significantly during Josh’s tenure and he’s enjoyed how quickly our technology has progressed and evolved. Josh is also excited about the new opportunities we have as an organization because of this, like exploring IoT and new technology opportunities for Nintex Workflow Cloud.
Josh’s charitable donation benefited three non-profit organizations: Fred Hollows, Doctors without Borders and CARE Australia. He supports these organizations for the direct impact each have on improving the lives of those in need.
Josh’s role allows him to visit our offices in Malaysia and Bellevue throughout the year. He may choose to spend a week working out of the London office if he’s up for the long flight.
Congratulations again to Josh Tan as our latest Nintex Impact Award winner. We look forward to your future accomplishments at Nintex!
Our employees make Nintex a great place to work, and their work each day brings technology that helps improve the way people work to our more than 7,000 customers. If that sounds like something you’d like to be a part of visit our careers page to learn more about open opportunities.
