2.  Nintex Labs

Connect with Nintex experts in the Workflow Kitchen throughout Nintex xchange. See how you can connect Nintex Workflow Cloud to IoT devices to trigger actions or how to monitor processes with Nintex Hawkeye in the Workflow Kitchen. Nintex Labs will also be home to the Support Desk and Bring Your Own Workflow.

Meet in-person with someone on our support team at the Support Desk in Nintex Labs.  Whether you have a support ticket that you’d like to work out in person, or just get a walkthrough of how to do something, members of the Nintex Support team will be onsite and ready to help.

Do you have a process automated with Nintex that you think could improve, but you aren’t sure how? During Nintex xchange you can “bring your own workflow” to the Workflow Kitchen for a one-on-one consult with a Nintex expert. You can schedule an appointment any time throughout the three-day conference to meet with a Nintex Technical Evangelist who will walk through the workflow and process with you, and then offer advice for taking it to the next level.

3.  Converge with the Nintex Community

Nintex xchange brings together the Nintex community of customers, employees, partners and industry experts for three days of collaboration, learning and networking. We’ll kick off the networking with the Welcome Reception sponsored by Neudesic on Monday night.

Attendees can connect in-person and digitally with the Nintex community throughout the conference in the Social Lounge. Nintex Partners will also be showcasing their services and solutions during the event in the Partner Networking Zone.

We’ll close out the event with the Attendee Party sponsored by Sharegate at the San Diego Wine and Culinary Center.

4.  Ask the Experts Happy Hour

Meet Nintex Product Managers, Technical Evangelists, vTEs, and Nintex Partners during the Ask the Nintex Experts Happy Hour sponsored by Protiviti at Nintex xchange. Ask the Experts is your chance to ask questions, discuss future features, and learn best practices in informal roundtable discussions. Experts will be on hand to discuss a range of topics on anything related to Nintex, workflow and content automation, and digital transformation.

One hundred percent of last year’s attendees agreed the Ask the Experts met their expectations and provided them with information they could use. To top it off, you can enjoy beer, wine and appetizers while you connect with the experts.

5.  Guest Keynote with TED Speaker Erik Wahl

Leave Nintex xchange inspired. Erik Wahl will deliver our guest keynote, sponsored by DocPoint Solutions, a Konica Minolta Co. on February 28. Wahl is an internationally-recognized artist, TED speaker and number 1 best-selling author. Erik’s keynote a dynamic, multi-dimensional metaphor for how to systematically embrace innovation and risk.

This is just a taste of what to expect at Nintex xchange this February. Find out why nearly 100% of last year’s attendees (99.48%) said that they would recommend the conference to a colleague at this year’s Nintex xchange.
