Nintex expands cloud options for APAC customers with new data center
Companies around the globe use Nintex for cloud-based automation and digital transformation solutions. However, those organizations in the APAC region with strict data residency requirements weren’t able to take advantage of the Nintex Workflow Cloud.
In response to customer demand for cloud-based workflows and with our new Microsoft Azure data center located in Australia those concerns have now been eliminated.
The new Australian data center joins Nintex’s other strategic facilities around the world, giving customers confidence that Nintex is addressing their data privacy, sovereignty, and regional concerns and requirements. Microsoft is the only global provider to deliver cloud services specifically designed to address the requirements of the Australian and New Zealand public sector organizations and infrastructure, including banks, utilities, transport, and telecommunications.
Digital transformation, coupled with peace of mind
Nintex Workflow Cloud empowers employees and delights customers with digital transformation across the entire enterprise. You can map, automate, optimize, and gain critical insights into your business processes, while also using built-in connectors to market-leading SaaS tools such as Google, Salesforce, Box, and more.
Last year, Nintex received an exception-free SOC 2 audit report from an independent auditing firm that validated the effectiveness of the security controls in Nintex Workflow Cloud and reflects Nintex’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the protection of customer, partner, and end-user data.
The Australian data center is also under SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 accreditations and controls and incorporates industry-standard, stringent encryption, and fault-tolerance redundancy.
“Digital transformation is at the core of most businesses in the region and spurred on further by the rapid change brought about by COVID-19,” says Christian Lucarelli, Vice President, Sales APAC, Nintex.
“As a result, organizations are looking to place their everyday business applications in the cloud and are standardizing on Nintex to support business continuity, improve processes, and quickly automate work.”
Recently launched capabilities within Nintex Workflow Cloud include the ability for customers to quickly and easily create workflows that include robotic process automation (RPA) bots. This new feature within Nintex Workflow Cloud, called Nintex Gateway, provides two-way, drag-and-drop interaction between workflows and bots. Also, Nintex subscription-based workflow customers now have access to RPA bots included with their current service.
