Five months later: Customer Success resources still available to the Nintex community

If you read my blog post at the beginning of the global pandemic, you may recall that we asked ourselves the question: “What can we do to help our customers and partners?”

At the time, we felt the best thing we could do to help our customers and partners quickly respond to these many challenges was to make some key resources freely available so that they could get even more value from their investments in Nintex.

The resources have been received well, with results that exceeded our expectations:

Free instructor-led training initiative

Over the last six months, we have had nearly 10,000 classroom enrollments, leading to over 1,300 new certifications attained. We have scheduled and delivered 600 classes with 13 instructors. And finally, we received a 4.7/5 class satisfaction rating and a 4.9/5 instructor rating.

Although the training promotion has now concluded, we’re pleased to introduce a new training subscription, which offers the entire catalog of Practitioner and Expert-level on-demand courses, enrollment in any live virtual class, and access to all certifications.

COVID-19 solution accelerators

Our COVID-19 solution accelerators have been highly successful as over the past six months, we have had 20+ COVID-19 related templates in the Nintex Solution Accelerator Gallery, with 1,200+ downloads.

Our three most popular templates have been:

  • Adhere to COVID-19 Employee Guidelines (Nintex Promapp®)
  • SBA Paycheck Protection Program Application (Nintex Workflow Cloud)
  • Work from Home Agreement (Nintex Workflow Cloud)

There are over 190 templates in the Gallery, with over 8,000 downloads so far. More templates being made available every week. Check it out here.

Coaching initiative (pilot program)

We also launched our coaching initiative, which provides 1-2 hour sessions with a Nintex expert to help customers apply Nintex technology to their business processes through specific use cases.

This program has resulted in 80+ coaching engagements across US public sector, banking industries, and more to provide COVID-19 solutions.

Seeing our customers reach success

In the last five months, our customers have been working fast to get rid of paper-based or static digital processes to solve new remote working challenges.

Having the ability to implement highly automated digital processes without writing custom applications has helped our customers get out in front of the crisis and respond in a fraction of the time and cost.

Customers such as

Zoom Video Communications, Inc., Red River Bank, BnBuilders, and the National Gallery Singapore are automating back-  and front-office processes, and gaining quantifiable value from Nintex.

So, what are we doing now? How will we continue to help our customers as we all manage through this lingering world health and economic crisis?

Well, we’ve learned a lot. We’ve learned that customers want to receive training and know-how to do more with what they’ve purchased from us. We know this because we had an overwhelmingly positive response to our initiatives.

We want to be able to sustain this increased value-add relationship with our customers and partners beyond the initial “heroic” efforts that took place over the last five months. So, we have determined a way to continue our efforts, but in a way that can scale even after the pandemic ends.

What’s next in Customer Success 

Nintex University subscription

The new Nintex University training subscription offers the entire catalog of Practitioner- and Expert-level on-demand courses, enrollment in any live virtual class, and access to all certifications. This is ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge of the Nintex Process Platform and attain Nintex certifications.

Customers on an Enterprise licensing agreement will receive an allocation of training subscription seats based on their license tier. More information about the training subscription is available here. All customers can also purchase Nintex University training subscription seats at US$40/month per person with a 12-month commitment.

All pre-existing registered users of Nintex University as of August 31, 2020, will be automatically granted a Nintex University training subscription valid through June 30, 2021.

Free solutions coaching for customers on enterprise agreements

For active customers on an enterprise licensing agreement, we are making coaching available at no added cost. Put simply, if you have a process-oriented problem to solve with automation, we’ll help you figure out how to accomplish it with Nintex.
