2018 was an eventful year at Nintex, and thanks to our customers it was a great one! In today’s post, we’ll highlight some of the best customer events, success stories, and more from the past year.
Customers ranked (and continue to rank) Nintex as a leader on G2 Crowd
We think the best recognition comes from our customers. At the beginning of 2018, we were excited to announce our ranking as a leader in the G2 Crowd Grid® for No-Code Development Platforms Winter 2018. All products show on a G2 Crowd Grid Report are ranked by customer satisfaction and market presence. Nintex ranked as a leader on G2 Crowd in the No-Code Development Platform category again in the reports for spring 2018, summer 2018, and fall 2018 report.
But this wasn’t the only G2 Crowd category in which the Nintex Platform ranked as a leader.
Nintex was also a leader on the G2 Crowd Grid® for Business Process Management Software in the Winter 2018, Spring 2018, Summer 2018, and Fall 2018 reports. Nintex Promapp® also continued to rank in the leader category on G2 Crowd Grid for Business Process Management Software.

We welcomed Promapp® Customers to the Nintex community!
In August, we announced the acquisition of Promapp®, the market-leading solution for visual process mapping and management. The addition of Promapp® capabilities means we now have even more customer success stories to celebrate, and more process management and improvement efforts to help support.
At our Nintex World Tour in San Francisco, Pankow, a California-based construction firm, shared how Promapp® is helping in their efforts to become a lean and learning organization through process mapping and improvement.

The Total Economic Benefits of Nintex Workflow for Office 365
Earlier this month we released a new Forrester Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study on the business benefits and cost saving provided by the Nintex Platform. To conduct the TEI study, Forrester hosted deep-dive interviews with two long-standing Nintex customers and leveraged the interviews to form an unbiased composite organization. Forrester than used their proprietary model to calculate benefits and costs associated with using Nintex Workflow for Office 365.
The benefits identified from leveraging Nintex for Office 365 include a three-year ROI of 324 percent and savings of 1,700 total hours of productivity per automated workflow per year with Nintex Workflow for Office 365.
