Most recently we chatted to a leading chemical distribution company in Australia – A S Harrison & Co – who shared how they plan to leverage the visual process mapping and management capabilities of Nintex Promapp® to improve their organizational-wide operations and customer service.

Established in 1923, A S Harrison & Co is an importation and distribution business, supplying a unique portfolio of specialty chemicals and additives to customers throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Freeing the organization from the limits of paper

Before their introduction to Nintex Promapp® the company’s 60 staff members, who service more than 120 active customers, relied on paper-based process documentation stored in Word documents and Visio flow charts.

Now that A S Harrison and Co is standardizing on Nintex Promapp® they can improve the way business processes are documented and managed, which in turn enables streamlined operations across a range of sectors they operate in, including personal and health care, food production, mining, construction, and the military.

A S Harrison & Co’s deployment of Nintex Promapp® kicked off earlier this year as part of an extensive upgrade to the company’s IT infrastructure, including migration to a cloud platform and the installation of a new CRM system.
