How 4 solution leaders are responding to current business challenges

If you’re curious about how leading consulting firms for thought leadership are implementing solutions for their clients in recent times to help business facing challenges, read on.

In my role at Nintex leading our Strategic Partnerships team, I’m lucky to collaborate with some of the brightest minds from business and technology consulting firms across the globe. These firms are leveraging the Nintex Platform to help both private and public organizations respond to challenges presented by COVID-19 and the new virtual work environment.

Nintex has worked closely with these great minds to act fast and meet customer demands in an incredibly fluid environment, and I’ve seen many different business problems solved quickly and effectively.

Below is a curated group of impactful solutions our partner network has implemented over the last few weeks to help businesses through a unique set of challenges.

Process Automation Roadmap Generator by Boost Strategy Partners

Understanding your processes is the first step to effectively automating it. The Process Automation Roadmap developed by Boost allows an IT or Ops professional quickly collect departmental process information from the folks who do the process.

Boost’s system will auto-generate an ROI-driven report which aggregates departmental submissions and applies a weighted score on each processes’ value to that individual and to the company.

It’s automated using Nintex, it’s fast, and it’s free!

“Many organizations lack clarity on what qualitative and quantitative criteria they should apply when creating an automation roadmap. Our ROI-based tool creates your roadmap for you.”
– Rob Hustick, Founder and CEO, Boost Strategy Partners

Operational Resilience by Protiviti

While Operational Resilience planning and implementation is something Protiviti has been leading for a long time, it sometimes takes a crisis for organizations to realize its importance. Operational resilience includes several dimensions, including enterprise collaboration and oversight, crisis management, and system orchestration.

Critical to any organization, this framework lays the foundation to help withstand disruptions to business operations – now and in the future. I’m deeply passionate in this area and would be happy to discuss operational resiliency with you and your organization.

Process Management and Automation as a Service by Elantis Solutions

While most companies have some degree of a digital transformation strategy in place, execution can often appear daunting and unrealistic. To meet business challenges and demands of digitizing forms and processes, a team of experienced automation specialists needs to be in place.

Elantis has created Process Automation as a Service, giving you access to their team of senior-level automation specialists for a fixed monthly fee.

The service provides you with a monthly allotment of hours in which you prioritize projects based on demand from the business. The hours can be used towards process identification, process documentation, design and implementation of forms, workflows and RPA, as well as continuous improvement and support.

This can significantly reduce digital transformation costs by eliminating the need to recruit, manage, train, and retain your own talent.  Control IT costs, spend what you can afford, gain access to the best consultants in the business, get work done quickly, and focus on what’s next.

“Elantis Process Automation as a Service offering provides a cost-effective way to further our clients’ digital transformation using the Nintex Process Platform. With Nintex, we deliver real ROI to our clients without the need for heavy upfront investment or time consuming management of internal resources.  Our partnership with Nintex continues our focus on flexible solutions that meet our clients’ needs and budgets”
– Dave Roe, Founder and CEO, Elantis

Employee Health Screening by Avanade and Nintex

Essential businesses may have the majority of their personnel still reporting for work every day. To ensure the safety of employees and customers, employee health screening is of utmost importance. Companies need a software solution that could be rolled out quickly at no additional charge due to softening economic conditions.

Nintex and Avanade created a “Facilities Entrance Survey,” hosted as an anonymous form via Nintex Workflow Cloud (SaaS hosted in Azure public cloud) and can often convert a concept into production in a matter of days.

Employees submit a form before their daily shift to report their temperature, respiratory symptoms, travel history, and more. If a response meets any flagged parameters, an email/SMS text is sent to their supervisor and HR team.

“With the Nintex Process Platform, your processes, workflows, and bots can be defined, planned, and executed from virtually any device, in any location, at global scale.”
– Bryan Corazza, Sr. Director, Modern Workplace Offering Lead, Avanade
