I hope the New Year is off to a great start for you and your colleagues. I wrote this note to personally thank you for your support of Nintex and our technologies. Our mission is to improve the way people work through process management and automation. I want to take this opportunity to update you on very exciting developments in the evolution of the Nintex Platform and our business.
I also want to share our first major announcement of 2019, which celebrates our strategic partnership with Adobe and brings electronic signatures – Nintex Sign® powered by Adobe Sign – to the Nintex Platform. Nintex Sign® leverages Adobe’s trusted and secure e-sign capability integrated into our easy-to-use and powerful platform to help end-users expedite document approvals with signature-based workflows. This calendar year you can expect to see Nintex add more complementary automation capabilities to our platform through a combination of internal product development, technology partnerships, and acquisitions.
This strategy will build on our achievements in 2018, where we enhanced the capabilities of our entire Nintex Platform including workflow, forms and mobile apps, document generation, and process analytics. In 2018, it also became clear to us that organizations progressing on digital transformation journeys have critical needs to better identify, understand, and improve their business processes.
To address this important business issue, we acquired Promapp® in July 2018 to provide the Nintex community with the industry’s leading visual process mapping and management solutions. With Nintex Promapp®, partners and customers quickly map and visualize their business processes and easily collaborate to enhance them – including quickly identifying process components that will benefit from standardization and automation >> leveraging Nintex Workflow and more.
Another key to our continued success with partners and customers has been our approach to pricing. At Nintex, our pricing principles are fairness, predictability, transparency and value. While our competitors often have complicated, confusing and/or expensive pricing, we pride ourselves on simplicity and value.
