To enable customers to have peace of mind in their investment, Nintex provides two cost effective support options.
Nintex Software Assurance
Nintex Software Assurance provides customers with upgrades and/or new releases of their liscenced Nintex products.
Support is provided in the areas of installation, configuration and technical trouble shooting. Our email helpdesk answers functionality questiosn from both technical and business users. With Nintex Software Assurance, free-of-charge developer liscences are provided on a 1 to 1 basis with purchased production liscences.
Nintex Premium Support With Software Assurance
Nintex Premium Support provides techincal support consulting to resolve support issues that are best adressed by direct dialogue Live Support.
This is a step above Nintex Software Assurance which must be in place for Premium Support to be purchased. Naturally, Premium Support customers receive higher priority service withour guarantee of meaningful support response by next business day. Also, unlimited developer liscences are provided to Nintex Premium Support customers.
