Before Nintex Reporting was in place, an employee had left the company and it was unclear what informational assets he may have taken with him. They also had no easy way of measuring who was accessing their most sensitive information and when.
Once they had Nintex Reporting running on their portal, they were able to easily monitor the sensitive areas of their intranet and ensure that this information was being used the way they intended.
Additionally, they put a policy in place where certain behavioural patterns (such as large document downloads from particular sections of their libraries) were monitored for risk.
