Prior to Nintex Workflow's implementation, the leave request process took approximately four hours per employee, per year in man-hours. This included form completion, approvals and follow-ups by the requester, the HR department and the relevant manager or managers.

After the Nintex Workflow solution was implemented, total time spent was about 40 hours for the whole company, or 1000$US per year.
Taking all factors into consideration, including time spent in-house on implementation and revenue gained by re-investing the hours saved, Return On Investment totaled over 10,000$US per year.
