BELLEVUE, Wash.—March 31, 2016—Nintex today announced that it will utilize the Microsoft Power BI Embedded service in its upcoming cloud-based workflow analytics solution, Nintex Insight™.
Power BI enables Nintex to provide customers access to best-in-breed workflow analytics within its workflow platform. Through integration with Power BI, Nintex’s customers will be able to quickly analyze utilization and visualize the effectiveness of their workflows, gaining detailed and actionable insights into key business processes.
“Our customers are automating hundreds of thousands of business processes every day with the Nintex Workflow Platform, but until Nintex Insight, their ability to leverage this data to make business decisions was limited,” said Nintex Chief Technology Officer Alain Gentilhomme. “With Power BI Embedded, we were able to easily embed data analytics without redesigning our app to provide our customers a higher level of business intelligence into their key processes.”
Nintex Insight is a cloud-based workflow analytics solution designed to provide actionable insights into an organization’s automated business processes. The solution captures data from on-premises and online workflow environments and uses Power BI to create visualizations of process intelligence metrics allowing users to track, measure and monitor business processes.
“Business users are increasingly demanding a modern BI experience across all their data. We’re thrilled to work with Nintex to offer stunning, fully interactive reports and visualizations for their customers with Power BI in Nintex Insight,” said James Phillips, Microsoft Corporate Vice President of the Business Applications, Platform and Intelligence (BAPI) Organization.
Nintex Insight will be broadly available later this calendar year.
