With the new Nintex Document Generation action, companies can automate the generation and delivery of richly formatted documents while they automate workflows using Nintex for Office 365. This new action helps businesses improve the efficiency and quality of employee, customer, and vendor communications.

Available now within the Nintex for Office 365 workflow design experience, the drag-and-drop Document Generation Action easily can be added into the workflow canvas, enabling Nintex for Office 365 customers to:

  • Create a secure workflow process that automatically assembles highly formatted, customized documents in  Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
  • Manage document templates, versioning, approvals and tagging all within Office 365
  • Leverage existing data to auto-generate documents (using templates) or merge data into documents from databases like SharePoint and SQL
  • Route final documents to people outside the organization for eSignature, document management and storage
