undelete and the ability to publish approved documents to other systems.

The authoring and management of workflow is provided directly from SharePoint enabling
business units to control their own workflow.

- Advanced Workflow
SmartLibrary provides advanced workflow for SharePoint through an easy to use graphical
interface. Workflow features include serial and parallel approval at document or
folder level, progress reporting, reviewer comments and customizable email alerts.
- Activity Monitoring and Reporting
SmartLibrary provides monitoring and reporting of activities within document libraries
and throughout the workflow approval process. Users can monitor statistics such
as the average time a document takes to complete the workflow cycle.
- Document Undelete
SmartLibrary provides an undelete facility for documents and folders that have been
accidentally deleted. Administrators have the ability to permanently delete items
either manually or once a deleted item has reached a predetermined age.
- Publish to Other Systems
Workflow approved documents can be automatically published at the completion of
the workflow to other systems including: Web Servers, SharePoint Servers, File Servers
and Web Service compatible systems.
